Shipping and return

Your ordered ZAQQ`S will come to Germany or 3-5 days to Austria and Switzerland in 2-3 days. If the shoes do not fit, you can of course exchange them or return them free of charge.

Favorite shoe

I already have several shoes from ZAQQ acquired. This one is one of my favorite shoes. In both warm and cold weather, you feel very well. No sweating, no freezing. The merino wool is simply super breathable and holds small water splashes. However, it can sometimes be moist in heavy rain, but that didn't bother me because the moisture in the shoe did not staunch and quickly dried again. The wool is also very flexible, so that the shoe adapts smoothly to all foot shapes. A real universal shoe for all occasions. Now I am considering whether I still get the dark blue, since it is not so sensitive to pollution.

But oh dear, after 9 months a small piece of seam loosened on the right outer edge of the right shoe, so there was a risk that the sole loosened. A short email ZAQQ And I was able to send in the shoes for repair. After 5 weeks they came back to me perfectly. And all of this completely free for me !! I call that perfect service. A big thank you ZAQQ. You are the best!!

Great shoe!

Now wear the shoe for a good 2 weeks and don't want to give it anymore. The shoe offers plenty of space so that a few thick socks can be worn. No cold feet even at temperatures around 12 degrees minus, but if you are on the spot for longer, you will notice the cold from below. But there could certainly be a few insoles! On the first walk in the forest, I unfortunately made my shoes dirty with mud, which annoyed me a little because they were just new. I let the dirt go in and then cleaned with a shoe brush. To my astonishment, no stains, dirty residues or anything else, they were like new afterwards. Now summer can come so that I can continue to test the shoe extensively. I would definitely recommend the shoe. It will definitely not have been my last couple.
